What qualifies as a bulk order?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the type of order. Non-decorated items require a minimum of 200 units. Orders with custom embroidery or heat transfer applied to all items require a minimum of 300 units. Mixed orders containing both decorated and non-decorated items require a minimum of 400 units. Per-style and per-color minimums may also apply.

Do bulk orders receive a discount?

Yes. Discount levels are based on quantity.

Which styles can I purchase in bulk?

All of the items in our catalog can be purchased in bulk. Subject to availability.

Am I required to order in case packs?

No. We offer open inventory so you can order just what you need.

Do you offer samples?

Yes.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please allow up to six (6) weeks from order confirmation to order fulfillment / shipping. 

Do you offer school logo decoration?

  • Yes. We offer custom embroidery and a variety of heat transfer options. Minimums do apply.

What kind of payment options do you accept?

  • We accept credit cards, checks, and wire/ACH transfers. We also offer invoicing with formal Purchase Orders/Purchase Agreements.

  • Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders?

    • Yes. Sales tax is required on all orders but can be waived with appropriate documentation.
