What is your return policy?
• Items without School Logo Decoration
We accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise without school logo decoration within 90 days of the order ship date.
• Items with Custom School Logo Decoration
Custom-decorated products with embroidery or heat transfer are not returnable unless the product or decoration is defective or otherwise noted on individual school webstores.
• Refunds and Return Shipping Fees
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling costs. Returns are subject to a $8.95 return shipping fee, unless otherwise noted on individual school webstores.

What is a custom decorated product?
Decoration is the term we use to refer to school logo embroidery or heat transfer design that is applied to your uniform items such as polos, shirts, sweaters, jackets, etc. Each item is custom made for you. After you place your order, it typically takes 7-10 business days to create.

Can I return clearance items?
Clearance items are not returnable. Clearance items appear with crossed out pricing and reduced price ending in .99. Also, in the product description, you will see "This item is final sale, no returns or exchanges".

How do I exchange items from my order?
Our straightforward return & reordering process takes the place of an exchange policy. Visit our return center to get started. You can reorder directly on our website or email service@frenchtoast.com to place a new order so we can honor any promotions that may have been on your original order.

What if my items are damaged, defective or I received an incorrect item or size?
You have 14 days from receipt to qualify for a free return label if you've received a defective or damaged product or decoration, or an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error. In this case, you must email service@frenchtoast.com directly for assistance. Please have your order number and billing address ready.

Can I return multiple orders in the same package?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns from multiple orders in the same package. To properly process your refunds, each returned order needs to have an individual return label and be sent in separate packages.

How do I get a return label?
You can easily start your return and print a prepaid UPS return label, affix to your return package, and drop your return package off at any UPS location. Click here to get started.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days after your return package is received for your refund. We will send you an email once the return has been processed. You can click here to track the status of your return.
